I’m Dave, founder of David Laurence White Jr., and I’m passionate about helping organizations create spaces where disabled voices are empowered. With years of experience in disability culture, access, and inclusion, I work with businesses, academic institutions, and communities to break down barrier and inspire meaningful change. Through engaging keynote speeches, workshops, and neurodiversity audits, I help teams build environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive—and where inclusion is not just a goal, but a part of everyday culture.
