Based in Reno, Nevada, we serve clients in Northern Nevada, Northern California, and beyond, helping businesses foster a more inclusive work culture and meet the growing demand for disability awareness and inclusion. I’m Dave, founder of David Laurence White Jr., and I’m passionate about helping organizations create spaces where disabled voices are empowered. With years of experience in disability culture, access, and inclusion, I work with businesses, academic institutions, and communities to break down barrier and inspire meaningful change. Through engaging keynote speeches, workshops, and neurodiversity audits, I help teams build environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive—and where inclusion is not just a goal, but a part of everyday culture.
